Claims to work - does work!
Our office is incredibly warm and dry, leaving my skin and lips suffering and often chapped. I’ve always got lip balm in my pocket but wanted to test out Eucerin’s claim to relieve extremely dry and cracked lips. The packaging is a little clinical, but in a way that’s reassuring – looks like this stuff could work. Upon application, I didn’t really notice any scent – normally I’d consider this a slightly negative point, but given that the balm contains liquorice extract I was quite glad! The tube has a handy angled tip which makes accurate application really simple and means you don’t need to use your fingers at all – bonus for when you’re out and about and might not be able to wash your hands before use. I think the biggest plus point – and what makes this stuff really stand out against the competition – was that even after drinking from a glass, the balm stays on your lips. Didn’t need to reapply it for over two hours, so even with a more expensive price tag, I can see how this would outlast a regular balm and could save money overall. Definitely recommend and will continue to use!
